Talent Advisor - Specialized Client Enterprises
Your Opportunity
At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.
Schwab’s Talent Acquisition team is at the heart of the firm’s talent strategy, helping attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while supporting business growth and meaningful outcomes for clients.
As a Talent Advisor supporting Specialized Client Enterprises, you will serve as a consultative partner to hiring leaders for roles that directly serve clients and support the client journey. You will translate business priorities, workforce needs, and talent market insights into focused recruiting strategies. Through strong relationship management, consultative communication, and strategic thinking, you will clarify role outcomes, influence selection priorities, and keep searches moving toward measurable results.
You will also apply skills-based hiring and talent evaluation practices to identify role-relevant capabilities, assess demonstrated evidence, and guide structured selection decisions. As priorities and market conditions change, you will adapt your approach, remove barriers, and help candidates and hiring partners navigate the hiring process with clarity, trust, and reliable follow-through.
