DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

The Service & Operations organization within DAFgiving360 has experienced rapid growth and expansion.  This new role will focus on the implementation of new projects/efforts/updates, as well as tackling unplanned business disruptions, allowing all teams to focus on their areas of expertise. This individual will report to the Director of Operations and partner closely with all Service & Operations Leadership, as well as key DAFgiving360 partners to successfully achieve objectives. Collaboration, communication and change management will be critical areas of focus for this role.

  • Deep subject matter expertise in service delivery and/or operational details
  • Change management (ADKAR) expertise preferred (e.g., ADKAR certification, demonstrated change management experience, etc.)
  • Ability to synthesize policy and procedure details and ensure relevant updates are made.
  • Thrives in situations that require a pivot in priorities to be the point person for business interruptions as well as key implementations (includes gathering appropriate partners together for assessment, problem solving and implementation of solution(s)).
  • Liaison for Business-to-Business partnerships.
  • Consistently reviews and determines resource needs and timelines needed to meet goals.
  • Coordination of activities of a team and/or department with responsibility to drive results.
  • Collaboration (proactive and reactive) with multiple functional areas, Schwab partners, as well as customers.
  • Communicating key updates, new implementations ensuring all team members and relevant audiences understand impact to their role.
  • Gatekeeper for best practices to ensure consistency in procedures across all team members.
  • Partnering with fellow Field Integration and Internal Communications Sr Manager(s), at times dividing and conquering while always being in lock step.

What you have


  • 8+ years of customer service delivery and/or operations experience; financial services industry preferred, college degree preferred.
  • Track record of showing a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strategic and critical thinking experience and skills.
  • Experience within the DAF industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills with demonstrated application of these skills.
