Our team is responsible for a broad spectrum of Alternative Investments, including Trading, Distributions, and Settlement and Physical Certificates. We support clients by providing access to sophisticated wealthmanagement products that help them compete and excel in the marketplace.
As an Alternative Investment Specialist, you will bring curiosity, enthusiasm, and a passion for learning to deliver exceptional service to our clients and internal partners. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of Alternative Investment transactions. This includes reviewing and entering trade requests, processing distribution items, and resolving issues related to Alternative Investment securities. As you develop mastery, additional opportunities for growth within the team and across the broader organization will become available.

What you'll do:
- Providing resolution steps for Alternative Investment orders or distributions that are not in good order
- Maintaining high levels of productivity while researching and resolving complex issues

What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of brokerage experience or operational processing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong capacity and passion for learning, with the ability to train others as needed
- Positive attitude with the ability to stay upbeat during periods of heavy volume or change
- Strong complex problemsolving capabilities
- High level of accuracy while processing large volumes of work under tight timelines
- Advanced analytical, research, data entry, and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, including the ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Teamfocused mindset with a consistently positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Word
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
