Stock Plan Services is seeking a self-motivated professional to support standard and customized reviews, audits, and internal reconciliations across operational activities, accounts, and procedures, including daily break resolution. This role also supports tax form reconciliation and escheatment processing, while contributing to audit readiness, policy and procedure updates, and regulatory guidance for the broader Stock Plan Services organization.

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in the brokerage or financial services industry required
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required
  • Strong familiarity with financial and brokerage industry concepts, practices, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Two years of Stock Plan Services experience preferred
  • Previous reconciliation experience preferred
  • Series 9 and 10 licenses preferred

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
