​​We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Scrum Master Lead who is passionate about enabling high-performing teams and delivering innovative technology solutions that transform how work gets done. This role provides an opportunity to lead agile delivery across multiple BPMT product and platform teams, driving execution for strategic workflow modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives while building scalable, reliable, and client-focused solutions. You will oversee agile delivery practices across a portfolio of teams, facilitate cross-team coordination and planning, guide roadmap execution, foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and metrics-driven insights, and partner closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. What you have

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, enabling the delivery of high-quality business and technology outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Drive Agile delivery across a portfolio of strategic workflow modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities, roadmap commitments, and business objectives.
• Facilitate and optimize Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and cross-team planning events to improve delivery predictability and execution effectiveness.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to define priorities, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.
• Lead coordination across multiple pods and teams, promoting transparency, collaboration, and alignment while managing cross-functional dependencies and enterprise-level delivery challenges.
• Utilize delivery metrics, team health indicators, and continuous improvement practices to identify opportunities, remove impediments, and improve team effectiveness, quality, and throughput.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Agile practitioners, and delivery leaders by sharing Agile best practices, coaching techniques, and servant leadership principles to strengthen organizational agility.
• Support strategic planning and roadmap execution by collaborating with leadership teams to align resources, delivery schedules, and organizational priorities across multiple product and platform teams.
• Champion Agile transformation initiatives, helping teams adopt modern delivery practices, scale Agile methodologies, and cultivate an environment focused on innovation, learning, and continuous value delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting, providing visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to support informed decision-making and successful program execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional technology programs from ambiguity through successful delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in AI-native delivery, automation, Agentic AI tooling, and LLM-enabled workflow transformation.
• Strong Agile/SAFe leadership experience across PI Planning, dependency management, risk governance, and delivery execution.
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders, surface risks, and drive decision-ready program transparency.
• Leads initiatives to optimize data visualization methods.
• SAFe 5 Program Consultant (SPC5) certification required.
• Certified Scrum Professional-SM (CSP-SM) and Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certifications required.
• DevOps and migration experience is required.
• Guides transformative initiatives to optimize organizational capabilities for impactful results.
• Optimizes Agile principles and practices to consistently deliver customer value.
