Managed Investing Operations (MIO) and Account Solutions (OSAS) are both divisions within Operational Services that provide account opening and maintenance support for all clients in both Investor and Advisor Services. As both business continue to grow and evolve, we are focused on modernizing key processes to create a highly efficient, scalable team that can provide unmatched support to our clients and business partners. The Director will lead a combined team of Business Analysts across both divisions that will be instrumental in driving change and leading our team through large scale process improvement.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Managed Investing Operations/Account Solutions - IS (based in Denver), you’ll work closely with Operational Services leadership and partners from across the business to drive transformational changes. You and your cross-functional team will partner with a number of groups within Operations and across the firm to ensure that MIO and OSAS are at the forefront of modernization opportunities. This leadership role will be responsible for enhancing the end-to-end client experience, leveraging digital strategies, streamlining processes, and simplifying the experience for our business partners.
In addition, you will be responsible for leading several other key functions, including risk management, data management/reporting, and vendor management.
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- A well-rounded leadership skill set and demonstrated success developing others
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7+ years relevant experience in financial services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Series 7, 9/10, and 63 licenses preferred
- Ability to gather insights, synthesize data, identify opportunities, make recommendations and create a plan to deliver topmost client experiences
- A technical orientation to understand and lead technology solutions
- Relationship-building skills, including ability to influence and build consensus across organizations
- Ability to think and make decisions independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present at all levels of the organization
- Outstanding “soft” skills with ability to engage with and lead a diverse range of partners
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
