Client & Account Data Control (CADC) provides ongoing monitoring of changes to client and account data that may impact regulatory requirements. This is achieved through remediating and performing risk-based analysis of changes and exceptions to client and account data.
As a Sr. Specialist you will play a critical role in analyzing, prioritizing, and solving sophisticated problems while collaborating with business and technology partners to deliver solutions that provide value for our clients and our business partners.
What you'll do:
- Supervise Electronic Communications to ensure conformance with firm-wide Communications Standard (SMARSH)
- Surveillance of Options approvals to ensure accounts meet Schwab’s policy (Insight 8)
- Reconcile accounts with a Jurisdiction Indictor (International Jurisdiction, Schwab Non-US Jurisdiction)

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Schwab Experience
- This role requires a highly motivated, organized, resourceful and experienced individual with a record of quality work, consistently in an evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, a positive attitude, self-initiator, professionalism, incredible follow-through, a great work ethic and the ability to work on multiple reports and prioritize with ease.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for working in a team environment - contributing toward departmental and team goals and objectives. Peer influence skills a must as senior specialists will be required to help drive and support change.
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple competing deadlines
- Creative thought process focusing on continuous process improvement
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
