Analyzes business and operational needs to identify process, workflow, and scaling improvements across platforms. Partners with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, document current and future state workflows, and ensure solutions are cost effective and scalable. Supports configuration, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business and operational requirements. Uses data to identify root causes, measure performance, and inform prioritization. Serves as functional Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating delivery through Agile and Lean practices, removing impediments, and enabling teams to be effective, self-organizing, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as BSA and Scrum Master for Bank Tech DevOps, DAF SAVE Production Support and DevOps teams, analyzing business and operational needs to identify process, workflow, and scaling improvements.

    + Partner with business, product owners, scrum masters, SMEs, and technical leads to clarify requirements, document current and future state workflows, and maintain a clear, prioritized, and actionable backlog.

    + Facilitate Kanban ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, monthly reviews, release support, and retrospectives.

    + Ensure nonfunctional work such as tech enablers, reliability, resiliency, monitoring, security, and operational readiness is planned, tracked, and represented in PI events.

    + Support configuration, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure solutions are cost effective, scalable, and meet business and operational requirements.

    + Identify, manage, and remove delivery and operational impediments impacting team throughput, stability, and predictability.

    + Monitor and communicate progress using agile metrics focused on flow, predictability, and sustainability.

    + Promote collaboration and transparency across engineering, DevOps, Production Support, and dependent platform teams.

    + Protect teams from unplanned work disruption while balancing production support demands with sprint commitments.

    + Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives, follow through, and data driven prioritization.

What you have

Required Qualifications

+ 2 or more years’ experience supporting agile teams as a BSA, Scrum Master, or similar agile delivery role.
+ Hands on experience facilitating Scrum or Kanban ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Agile principles, collaboration, and self-management.
+ Experience identifying delivery and operational impediments and driving them to resolution through coordination and influence.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Experience supporting DevOps, Production Support, or platform engineering teams.
+ Demonstrated experience coordinating cross team dependencies and supporting PI planning or multi team delivery events.
+ Experience working with non-functional requirements such as reliability, resiliency, monitoring, security, and operational readiness.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 4 or more years’ experience supporting agile delivery as a Business Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role on technical teams.
+ Experience using agile metrics to assess flow, predictability, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.
+ Familiarity with incident management, release coordination, and operational change processes.
+ Experience working in enterprise or regulated technology environments.
+ Agile or related certifications such as BSA, CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
