In this role, you will:  

  • Help build a critical part of Schwab’s growth in the Workplace market.
  • Design and build scalable platforms supporting critical workplace applications – like Equity Administration, PCRA and Retirement Plan Services for millions of participants. 
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including API and foundational system improvements that enable faster, safer integration and partnerships Improve platform stability, performance, and resilience to reduce risk and deliver seamless experiences at scale Modernize legacy components to address high risk remediation and compliance while maintaining industry leading standards Leverage AI to innovate processes and outcomes for maximum efficiency and quality. 
  • Be part of a collaborative team where you aren’t an “order taker” but an influencer.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or equivalent preferred)
  • 5+ years experience as an individual contributor on a software development team
  • 3+ years of project management experience, managing multiple large, complex and cross-functional projects
  • Proven ability to earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders through focused execution of business priorities
  • Proven ability to deliver highly visible, complex projects
  • Ability to navigate and be successful in a highly matrixed organization
  • Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
  • Demonstrated and applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience successfully driving initiatives in an organization
  • Tactfully communicates sensitive information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and locations

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
