The Senior Team Manager - Income Solutions within Wealth & Asset Management Solutions will lead a team of Fixed Income Specialists supporting Retail Financial Consultants and their clients’ complex income needs. This role combines frontline leadership with broader strategic influence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality income solutions. This team’s primary focus is consulting and advising on fixed income portfolios using bonds, products such as ETFs, Mutual Funds and Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), as well as Wealth Advisory offerings.

As a team leader you will partner with the Branch Network and Regional Partners to drive client outcomes, deepen relationships, and align team execution with evolving firm and client needs. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to translate strategy into execution, and build a high-performing, adaptable team.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fixed Income Specialists, fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and inspect progress against both quantitative and qualitative outcomes.
  • Implement effective processes and procedures to support Retail Financial Consultants and their clients, ensuring consistent delivery of income-oriented investment strategies while minimizing risks.
  • Support efforts to integrate the team into the broader distribution organization, promoting cross-functional collaboration and clear communication of responsibilities. 

What you have


  • 3+ years of leadership experience in financial services, preferably within fixed income or wealth management.
  • Strong expertise in fixed income markets and income-oriented investment solutions (individual securities, ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, advised offerings).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead investment professionals, while possessing strong mentoring and employee development skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent partnership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Bloomberg, and FactSet.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications (CFA, CFP, CIMA) preferred
  • Series 7 required
  • Series 66, and 9/10 (may be obtained with 120-day COE)
