As a Sr. Specialist - International Client Services Professional, your interactions with clients will be phone based with our International and Domestic clients (individual investors) that are trading securities in the US exchanges. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, to assist with customer service and trading for both Domestic and International clients. The relationships that you create and uphold will have direct impacts as you aid our clients to “Own their tomorrow”.
What you have
To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- Spanish speaker (need to be able to speak, read and write).
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
- Over 3 years of experience supporting international and domestic clients
- 1-2 years of experience supporting email and chats and knowledge of Genesys email and chat platform
- Extensive knowledge of EDGE skills
- Be comfortable handling complex tasks.
- Experience support Spanish speaking clients with TOS questions and trading strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably 4 years of experience in Client Service (Core or eServices), Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services with an emphasis on trading, engaging with clients in a proactive and consultative manner.
- Passion for trading and market knowledge; ability to proactively discuss trading topics and appropriate solutions with clients.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for Specialists by assisting with complex case research and resolution, helping drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills with a strong customer service focus are essential
- Resilience to help achieve client happiness in a fast-paced call environment
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
