The Charitable Operations team is part of the Banking Operations organization. We are the operation vehicle for DAFGiving360, which is an independent public charity created to help increase charitable giving in the United States by offering the flexible giving solution of a donor-advised fund account. Charitable Operations is entrusted with authorities to handle a broad spectrum of operational functions to support the DAFGiving360 business such as account maintenance, contribution processing, tax receipt assignment, advisor updates, fund movements, placing trades, and other complex tasks pertinent to this niche role.
What you are good at:
- Ability to work in an extremely complex, fast paced, multi-system environment where multi-tasking and juggling 3-5 tasks at a time on any given day is the norm
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and an ability to discuss complex regulations and operational details with internal business partners
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to organize, handle and juggle contending priorities
- Ability to deliver technical information in lay terms with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Highly adaptive, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and change-positive attitude capable of working effectively within a team environment
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
- Minimum of 3-5 years employment experience
- Background in at least 1 of the following areas: money movement, trading, or account solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours/overtime during the year-end peak season (mid- November to February)
- Professional and confident attitude with the ability to communicate with affluent clients and their investment advisors
- Outstanding customer service skills, particularly the ability to communicate with business partners of our UHNW and HNW donors
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
