As a Senior Manager in Business Operations & Offer Success Team ( BOOST) you will join a team of highly agile collaborators and activators that drive change to optimize Schwab Wealth Advisory’s (SWA) operational health and effectiveness and deepen partner relationships to promote SWA’s growth and scale.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business priorities into clear, actionable plans and support aligned execution across initiatives
- Partner across field, operations, technology, and control teams to coordinate delivery and maintain progress
- Synthesize data, feedback, and field insights into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making
- Identify root causes of challenges and contribute to solution development
- Support development of enablement resources (communications, playbooks) to drive adoption
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned, informed, and accountable for outcomes
