TSP is a cross-functional team leading change across Schwab using tools like Pega myQ and robotic process automation (RPA) to enable Smart Processing. By collaborating with Operations and other teams, TSP enhances client and advisor experiences while increasing employee efficiency.
Smart Processing, managed by TSP, is Schwab’s strategic advantage. It requires integrated planning and execution. The RPA Platform automates processes, boosts efficiency, and reduces risk by minimizing manual tasks.
As Platform Product Owner for the RPA Platform, you will oversee all aspects of the platform's lifecycle, including daily administration and issue resolution. Responsibilities include understanding stakeholder needs, defining business requirements, and managing development and deployment.
- Collaborate with the Platform Director and Business Analyst on strategy and roadmaps.
- Address user issues by building strategic capabilities and coordinating with technology, product, architecture, and business teams.
- Forge partnerships to design end-to-end solutions meeting business objectives.
- Work with technology leaders to support platform evolution and agile development.
- Operate in an Agile environment, prioritizing needs, managing risks, and tracking milestones.
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: BA required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience with Pega myQ
- 2+ years of experience in Agile delivery process
- 3+ years of experience in financial services a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong understanding of RPA & operational processes
