We are looking for a Senior Product Owner for the Wealth Portfolio Management Platforms team within the broader Wealth Services organization. As a product owner, you will play a key role in the delivery of the thinkpipes® trading platform solutions by:

In this role you will:

  • Staying connected with stakeholders and end users, managing priorities and trade-offs through a platform growth mindset.
  • Responsible for the delivery and tactical execution of platform strategy, driving alignment across stakeholders and the organization.
  • Working with designers, engineers, and QA to align approaches and expected behaviors.
  • Participate in daily scrum, grooming, refinement, and Product Increment Planning to drive quarterly business goals, ensuring team alignment and readiness to start.
  • Driving platform adoption through collaboration with business on training, self-help resources, and platform updates.
  • Gathering and using data to influence platform decisions and focus areas.

What you have


 To ensure that we fulfill our promise of " challenging the status quo " this role has specific qualifications that successful should have.

 Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of prior product owner experience with applied scaled agile methodology driving iterative and continuous delivery.
  • 7+ years in the financial services industry serving RIAs with a deep understanding of trading and financial markets.
  • Subject matter expert on the thinkpipes® or thinkorswim®
  • Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects effectively, even under tight deadline.
  • Ability to communicate delivery progress, risks, and impediments; drive conversations and an action plan to address and mitigate risks, removing barriers to delay.
  • Experience in managing competing priorities, adapting to change, and navigating uncertainty.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, self-initiator with an attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills with an ability to influence and build consensus among cross-functional teams.
