We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

As a Senior Manager (PL) in our Client Service & Support (CS&S) Trader Electronic Communications (Trader ECG) organization, you’ll inspire and model behaviors that enhance client relationships and drive personalized service, with a specialized focus on Schwab Trader API support and strategy.

You’ll leverage your passion for leadership to coach proactive behaviors that enrich the client experience through deep market knowledge, Trader API expertise, and platform education. In addition to overseeing core trading and service activities—including technical analysis, platform guidance, and API-related support—you’ll play a key leadership role in advancing Schwab’s Trader API capabilities through collaboration with product, risk, and technology partners.

Your focus on building a strong and scalable team foundation will be demonstrated through timely supervision, Trader lifecycle training, audit and compliance activities, performance management, and a strong risk mindset. You’ll also utilize your advanced leadership experience to drive organizational progress, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment within the Trader ECG leadership team.

If you’re a leader seeking an opportunity to mentor tenured professionals, elevate Trader API subject-matter expertise, and positively impact client satisfaction, quality assurance metrics, and API adoption and growth, this could be the role for you.
