Reporting to the Managing Director of Centralized Relationship Management, the Sr. Manager of Relationship Management Sales Support will, in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment, provide people-leadership and coaching to a team of Regional Support Specialists. Sales Support serves as the facilitator and owner of processes in support of Account and Relationship Managers, allowing them more capacity to deliver exceptional advisor experiences and drive results.

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years leadership in brokerage/financial services and preferably sales
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
  • FINRA 24 required or must be obtain with a condition of employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s degree or equivalent experience considered

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated track record of leadership success in coaching, change management, and influencing across teams
  • Ability to create and set a vision for the sales support team and consistently execute on that vision
  • In-depth knowledge of Advisor Services products, services, marketing resources, sales materials as well as demonstrated brokerage industry knowledge
  • Superior communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Initiative to create change through process improvements, training and streamlining functions
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities within established deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel for client events on a limited basis

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
