DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

Our opportunity:

As a member of the Training team, the Training Facilitators will provide high-quality instructor-led training for DAFgiving360 employees and support the continuous improvement of our training programs. The Training team supports the overall Organization Development team’s mission to drive organizational effectiveness by providing effective learning programs to build the capability employees need to confidently perform.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate Service & Operations onboarding training program for new team members to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform in grants, operations, and service roles.
  • Foster an engaging learning experience for all learners, especially new employees, through both in-person and virtual learning.
  • Facilitate advanced skills training on charity due diligence and other topics to help learners advance their skills and prepare for further responsibilities.
  • Assist with regular reviews and maintenance of Service & Operations training content to ensure accurate content and continuous improvement to the learning experience.
  • Effectively partner with Training Designers, onboarding group, hiring managers, and the Shared Services Team to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for Service & Operations new hires.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to participants to ensure they are able to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired from training programs.
  • Facilitate live segments of additional training programs for DAFgiving360 employees as the Training team expands offerings.

What you have


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years’ experience in training, learning & development, peer-to-peer coaching, or related experience
  • Strong skills in use of Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage participants and deliver training in a variety of formats
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to synthesize information and clearly explain complex concepts
  • Experience and understanding of donor-advised funds preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for investing in the employee experience and shaping a strong learning culture
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a sense of curiosity and eye for process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work well across the organization, building strong relationships that will support DAFgiving360’s mission
  • Proactive ability to prioritize competing demands and effectively manage multiple deliverables
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
