Charles Schwab Advisor Wealth Services is an industry leader in providing custodial, technology, and practice management solutions to independent advisory firms. As an integral part of Advisor Wealth Services, the Alliance team serves as a liaison for investment advisors and their end clients, enhancing the advisor-client service experience by leveraging the scale, resources, and client focus of Schwab.

As a Director in Alliance, you will pursue our mission and values through:

• Leading a team with multiple Senior Managers in multiple locations across the country to meet the needs of the Advisors, their clients, and our employees.
• Demonstrating your ability to lead, influence, engage and build consensus with executives, peers, and front-line employees.
• Developing leaders through coaching, career development, and motivational techniques.
• Leading and influencing excellent client experience results with the ability to identify opportunities and solutions to improve the client experience.
• Anticipating potential risk issues pertaining to all facets of the organization and operation while presenting and implementing innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with other leaders in cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

What you have

• Series 7, 63 or 66, 9 & 10 or 24 licenses required.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching of your leaders to achieve and exceed performance standards.
• Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to embrace change, innovation, and accountability.
• Positive attitude, team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities within established deadlines.
