The Technology Risk Management (TRM) Organization provides ‘Second line-of-Defense’ oversight for information security, technology, data, and operational resilience.  This includes activities related to policy and governance, risk identification and assessment, risk response, risk measurement and risk reporting for cyber and technology risks.

The Technology Strategy and Operations team within Technology Risk Management focuses on the ability to articulate and contextualize technology risk impacts Firm wide. Enabling effective Technology Risk Management oversight through risk identification, governance, risk measurement, reporting and support of departmental, audit, and regulatory needs.

Reporting to the Director of TRM Technology Strategy and Operations (Risk Assessment, Reporting and Escalation), this position is responsible for driving the TRM Process Improvement and AI Implementation Lead across the organization and perform Aggregate Risk Reporting for the TRM subcategories information security, technology, data, and operational resilience.  Beyond managing deliverables and due dates, the role requires a proactive approach and critical thinking skills to promote a strong working relationship and best representation of TRM.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with TRM teams to identify, design, and implement AI‑enabled solutions that enhance existing TRM processes and oversight activities
  • Design and implement scalable, governance‑aligned AI tools, workflows, and enabling infrastructure to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy across TRM processes
  • Lead AI enablement efforts across TRM, including training, learning sessions, and adoption guidance to promote responsible, effective use of AI capabilities
  • Represent TRM in Model Risk, enterprise AI governance, and other BLD‑led forums, confirming TRM perspectives, risks, and use cases are appropriately represented and aligned with governance expectations
  • Define and maintain the TRM AI roadmap, including use‑case prioritization, sequencing, and success metrics aligned to objectives
  • Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of TRM AI use cases, from ideation and pilot through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Confirm alignment to risk and data governance expectations and requirements

What you have


To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Operational/Enterprise Risk Management and/or as an Information Security or Technology Risk practitioner (combination of both preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • AI and Power Automate tool experience including but not limited to Copilot Studio and PowerBI
  • Experience actively working with GRC tools
  • Translate strategic plans and goals to deliverables
  • Navigate complex problems and provide solutions  
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and bring them to conclusion
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, facilitation, influencing, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with shown ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders
  • Ability to recognize project barriers and resolve them effectively
  • Demonstrated success working within Risk Management Programs
  • IT certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
