This is a Software Developer role based inSouthlake, TX, managing the software development lifecycle includingcoordination, prioritization and communication across the business product areas. It will include building and realizing the strategy for the teams to support the dynamic needs of the WAME business.

​​This role requires a highly motivated, organized and experienced business focused technology individual with a proven record of software delivery to a front office investment management business.

The role includes the hands-on development role, building a client driven technology organization.  The role entails full Agile and DevOps model in partnership of SAMS business—designs/develops software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs.  Lead application components of moderate complexity.  Provide technical design input in overall project.  Focus on quality based on Schwab’s standards.​

Required Qualifications

​​A university degree from a well-respected academic institution; advanced degrees in Information management, Computer Science, Business Administration and/or other professional certifications are a plus
At least 6-years of professional experience
At least 5-years of professional experience developing enterprise applications using Java, J2EE,Springboot, SQL Server, JSON, REST​

Preferred Qualifications

​​Recent experience working in Agile teams
Some experience with cloud/ cloud foundry platform; AWS will be a plus
Experience in building services-based software for portfolio optimization
