Our Digital Data services team is enhancing the core capabilities that we offer our internal product teams and business partners. Ensuring that we are able to meet the complex and evolving requirements of product teams requires an individual with a knowledge of the product space as well as data management, technical reporting, and efficiency realization.

Understanding the many moving parts and inputs associated with our technical reporting challenges will be key to succeeding in this role. This includes knowledge of both our Advisor and Retail clients and their unique requirements.

One of the core responsibilities of our team is to provide subject matter expertise on performance reporting. Performance reporting is often the driver for our technical reporting, business process, and other technical challenges asked of our team.

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 yrs experience with SQL
  • College Education or equivalent work experience  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Providing key insights into both digital Advisor and digital retail performance reporting.
  • Troubleshooting production support issues from our various Performance Reporting platforms.
  • Creation and delivery of historical data files used for performance reporting platforms
  • Experience with our data analysis tool, Alteryx.
  • Working with internal teams to build sophisticated reporting and data processing tools.
  • Functional business knowledge of both our Advisor Service and Retail organizations.
  • Being familiar with Jira by Atlassian, Splunk, SQL and other data analytics tools.
  • Experience in how data can help inform future development.
  • Having a keen eye for process automation and self-service style business processes.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
