Summary: Point person for PAL product launch readiness, leading cross-functional coordination and collaboration with internal partners to ensure seamless execution of launches and ongoing alignment on strategic opportunities.  Drive go to market activities, maintain strong partners to support product strategy and actively gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.  Compile and present leadership level updates on launch status, client experience and strategic opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate efforts across AS, IS, and Sales partners for product marketing campaigns, strategy communications, and product launches.
  • Serve as the primary contact for marketing inquiries related to PAL projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely updates.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive project launches and ongoing engagement for PAL initiatives.

Go-to-Market Leadership & Project Execution

  • Lead all go-to-market activities for PAL product launches, including kickoff calls, follow-up meetings, and distribution of materials and action items.
  • Ensure leadership is kept informed about launch readiness, milestones, and strategic decisions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all PAL product lifecycle projects in SharePoint, ensuring transparency and traceability.

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Communication

  • Gather and document experience feedback (especially for CPS), identify areas for improvement, and present insights to leadership for prioritizing enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online product education materials, providing updates on status and broader implications.
  • Actively communicate project status, risks, and decision points to leadership, ensuring alignment with the overall PAL product vision and strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in compiling and presenting leadership-level PowerPoint decks that synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies, with a track record of prioritizing initiatives that drive business impact.
  • Advanced ability to coordinate with key stakeholders across business segments, including marketing, sales, and internal partners, to socialize priorities and drive consensus.
  • Skilled at gathering insights, facilitating productive discussions, and influencing outcomes in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Confident communicator who can build and maintain strong partnerships, actively engage stakeholders, and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Experience in leading go-to-market activities and ensuring seamless execution of product launches through effective collaboration.
  • Ability to systematically gather, document, and present feedback to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and driving enhancements.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product education and communication materials.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain thorough documentation of product lifecycle projects, ensuring transparency and traceability.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint for project tracking and reporting.
