Your Opportunity

Schwab remains committed to providing increased visibility to career growth opportunities and job requirements. This posting announcement is part of increased transparency and while all qualified applicants will be reviewed and considered, this organization has a preferred candidate identified for this role.

The System Product Owner (SPO) is critical to the success of Schwab’s Transfers Platform in supporting our clients and key business partner initiatives.  The System Product Owner will report to the Transfer Platform Director and will partner with operations teams to understand industry and regulatory trends.  They must have broad knowledge of stakeholders’ needs, a good grasp of software solutions and in-depth knowledge of the systems they manage.  They will leverage this knowledge to produce and manage system requirements (user stories) for their Scrum team(s) to help meet business objectives.  The System Product Owner is responsible for their system(s) but must also understand cross system and domain dependencies and interactions as well as the line of business they support.

This opening will specifically support our Transfers Team.  The Transfers systems product owner will partner with business and technology partners to drive meaningful change.   The SPO will be responsible for developing and socializing a strategic roadmap and system plan to modernize the Transfers platform and address critical client and stakeholder needs, pain points and business impact.

What you have
