This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of data and analytics for one of the most critical organizations within Infrastructure Operations. The successful candidate will partner directly with business leaders, reporting teams, and technology organizations to build scalable data solutions that enable executive decision-making, operational excellence, and regulatory transparency. They will play a key role in modernizing our data ecosystem, improving data accessibility, and accelerating the organization's transition toward advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights. What you have

​​The Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines, data models, and integration solutions that support Power BI reporting, operational analytics, and strategic decision-making. They will collaborate with business stakeholders, reporting teams, and technology partners to ensure data is accurate, accessible, governed, and scalable across multiple platforms and data sources. The role will lead efforts to improve data quality, automate manual processes, and establish modern data engineering practices that support future growth. Additionally, the individual will help drive innovation by enabling advanced analytics, AI use cases, and self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.​

​Leading strategic partnerships across Infrastructure Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and other enterprise stakeholders to identify business opportunities and deliver scalable technology and data solutions that drive organizational outcomes.
Influencing executive decision-making through a deep understanding of business strategy, operational priorities, and technology capabilities while balancing competing demands across multiple high-visibility initiatives.
Establishing trusted advisor relationships across the Firm and serving as a key liaison between Infrastructure Operations and the broader technology, finance, strategy, and governance communities.
Driving adoption of industry-leading practices, governance frameworks, and operating models that improve decision quality, increase efficiency, and deliver measurable business value.
Defining and advancing the reporting, analytics, and business intelligence strategy for Infrastructure Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and future-state capabilities.
Evaluating enterprise reporting, analytics, and inquiry management capabilities; identifying opportunities for modernization, automation, and process optimization; and influencing investment decisions.
Designing scalable governance processes that balance business agility, operational effectiveness, regulatory requirements, and risk management objectives.
Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to uncover strategic insights, identify emerging trends, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
Establishing enterprise measurement frameworks that improve transparency, accountability, and performance management across programs, portfolios, and operational functions.
Leading cross-functional efforts to design and implement scalable business processes that increase organizational efficiency and enable long-term growth.
Driving continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, portfolio management, and strategic planning disciplines while championing innovation and modernization opportunities.
Providing thought leadership and guidance on data strategy, reporting architecture, business intelligence capabilities, and enterprise analytics best practices.
Mentoring team members and helping elevate analytical, consulting, and business systems capabilities across the broader organization.

What You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
7-10+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, business intelligence, analytics, technology strategy, program management, or related disciplines, preferably within financial services or large-scale technology organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level visibility and measurable business impact.
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes across all organizational levels.
Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable business recommendations.
Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while simultaneously managing multiple high-priority initiatives and organizational commitments.
Experience translating business strategy into scalable reporting, analytics, process improvement, and technology solutions.​

​​Advanced experience designing, developing, governing, and optimizing reporting ecosystems, dashboards, analytics platforms, and self-service business intelligence capabilities.
Deep expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or similar platforms, including data modeling, visualization strategy, performance optimization, and reporting governance.
Experience establishing reporting standards, data governance practices, KPI frameworks, and executive performance measurement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into strategic insights that influence organizational direction and investment decisions.
Acts as a recognized subject matter expert and trusted advisor within the business area while independently driving large-scale strategic initiatives.
Influences business strategy through customer, operational, financial, and organizational insights that support enterprise decision-making.
