A focus on service is a foundational part of our brand.  We seek individuals to elevate our standard of service through improving how we conduct business to create greater value to our clients and Registered Investment advisors (RIAs).  This approach is critical in an operations role as we support retail clients and RIAs via digital and phone channels.

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive customer service experience with a passion for service with strong interpersonal skills and the desire to help people.
  • This position is dedicated to the Retirement Distribution Operations (RDO) Hotline, serving as a frontline resource for Advisor Services partners by providing retirement operations expertise, issue resolution, sound judgment, and exceptional client-focused support for complex retirement distribution inquiries and processing.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous retirement experience is preferred.
  • Prior financial services experience is preferred.
  • Desire to complement and contribute to a strong culture.
  • Ability and desire to become a subject matter expert on our retirement product offering for the firm including learning about IRS rules and regulations and how they can impact our clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze client and advisor requests and resolve according to set procedures.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid (processing and hotlines) environment.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
  • Well-developed organizational, time management, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Experience working in fast paced service centric environment. 
  • Desire to pursue industry licensing such as the Series 7/63

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
