As the trusted voice on the line, you’ll answer inbound calls from employer sponsored retirement and 401(k) plan participants, listening actively, taking ownership, and turning every conversation into an opportunity to educate and solve problems. You’ll take a consultative approach to demystify plan features and guide people toward confident decisions, using our integrated systems and resources to deliver world‑class solutions that truly matter. NOTE: The office is located at 2423 E. Lincoln Drive, Phoenix AZ. The New Hire Training Class is August 17th, 2026.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible forbonusor incentive opportunities. We offer a competitive pay differential for candidates who are bilingual in Spanish, recognizing the added value of supporting a broader client base. Terms and conditions apply.

- Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to work various shifts to serve our participants, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 6:30am to 8:00pm Local AZ Time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
