As an International Services ECG Specialist, you will take inbound chats and secure messages from global (non-US residents) and domestic clients with a full range of service, trading, and language service needs. You will work on a collaborative, growing team in a fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition to general account servicing inquiries. The Specialist role will also include sharing your trading, service, and professional knowledge with the team in various formal and informal settings. The relationships that you create and uphold will have a direct impact as you aid our clients to “Own Their Tomorrow.”

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.

  • Read and write at professional level in English as well as Spanish or Chinese.
  • Flexible and able to work on emails/chats as business needs change.
  • Ability to engage clients in a proactive and consultative manner to build rapport.
  • Willingness and desire to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience with high focus on risk awareness and/or mitigation.
  • Effective research and problem-solving skills to help fulfill client requests as well as fellow supporting team members.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of outstanding customer service experience in Finance Industry.
  • High level ability using the Genesys System for Chat and Email.
  • Excellent focus on key ECG performance statistics.
  • High flexibility in shift times especially early in the morning as business needs change and limited personnel to service clients from 05:00am -11:00pm CT.
  • Finra Series 9/10 with Coaching/Supervision experience.
  • Experience serving ICS clients with issues such as W8s, new account requirements, policies, procedures, etc.
  • A passion to continually learn, growing your knowledge in personal finance, US and foreign markets, and attain licensing.
  • Resilience to help achieve client happiness in a demanding environment.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
