What you’ll do:

The Senior Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Program will play an integral role in driving adoption of technology platform capabilities.  Success in this role includes leading GTM intake, prioritization, portfolio tracking, governance coordination, stakeholder alignment, enablement communications, and scalable operating practices that help advance technology initiatives with clarity, consistency, and execution discipline.

What you are good at:

  • Lead the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and tracking process for GTM initiatives, ensuring programs are properly scoped, tiered, resourced, and advanced through the appropriate governance channels, including Early Access Program (EA) planning for Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches.
  • Manage the operating rhythm for the GTM Core Team, including weekly portfolio reviews, project intake discussions, impact assessments, prioritization decisions, EA timeline coordination, and ongoing status visibility.
  • Serve as a central coordination point across Product, Digital Activation, Marketing, Field Enablement, and leadership stakeholders to align project needs, launch timelines, communications, and escalation paths.
  • Oversee preparation and coordination for key leadership and governance forums and related engagement points.
  • Drive consistency and transparency across GTM portfolio reporting by maintaining accurate project data, roadmaps, trackers, and leadership-ready updates.
  • Ensure development and distribution of GTM enablement content and stakeholder communications, including regularly facilitating training sessions to support adoption and readiness.

  • Manage the team inbox and related intake channels to ensure timely triage, appropriate routing, and consistent follow-through on internal and external requests.
  • Provide project leadership for select initiatives, guiding Product Owners and business partners through rollouts while ensuring risks, dependencies, and support needs are proactively addressed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline GTM processes, improve governance, and create scalable operating practices that increase team capacity and execution effectiveness.

What you have


Ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience leading digital focused initiatives with a proven track-record of delivering meaningful business results
  • Expertise in Schwab custody and wealth management technology platforms, including Schwab Advisor Center and Schwab Alliance, as well as 3rd party integration products and capabilities.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and proficiency using SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Planner to manage timelines, track deliverables, and maintain documentation.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the needs and concerns of our Advisors and anticipate the impact of technology changes to their firm.
  • Experience developing and managing successful programs geared towards change management that require collaboration across multiple business organizations
  • Ability to simultaneously oversee the management of several projects effectively and on time
  • Proven track record of building effective working relationships and influencing senior executives and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems by leveraging data and analytics, with sound judgement to effectively balance precision with simplicity
  • Ability to understand and articulate the needs and concerns of our Advisors and anticipate the impact of technology changes to their firm.
