The Digital Rep Solutions (DRS) organization is seeking a highly collaborative and operationally-minded professional to help drive product effectiveness, agile maturity, and organizational excellence across the department. This role serves as a key enabler for DRS, providing leadership in AI and Agile sustainment, product ownership of key product platforms, administration and optimization of product management and delivery tools, strategic planning support, communications, and employee experience initiatives. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove organizational waste, enhance transparency, and help ensure DRS teams are equipped to operate efficiently and effectively. This position will also partner closely with Product, Technology, and Enterprise stakeholders to support department-wide initiatives and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Product Owner for product management platforms (e.g. Airfocus, Bright Ideas, Figma), managing roadmaps, backlogs, enhancements, governance, adoption, and value realization.
- Serve as the DRS subject matter expert for Agile and product tooling including Jira, Rally, Airfocus, GitHub, Confluence, and related platforms.
- Support AI and Agile sustainment initiatives through training, enablement, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and eliminate waste from processes, procedures, and operational practices.
- Lead and support DRS initiatives including annual planning, portfolio OKRs, and roadmap development.
- Develop and manage DRS communications for both internal and external audiences.
- Facilitate DRS-level ceremonies including All Hands and organizational engagement events.
- Maintain department documentation and DRS Confluence spaces.
- Champion employee experience initiatives.
- Act as liaison with other product groups and enterprise partners including COE4P.
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting Agile delivery organizations, portfolio operations, product management, program management, business operations, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated expertise administering and supporting Agile and product management tools including Jira, Rally, Airfocus, GitHub, Confluence, and similar platforms.
- Experience serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, platform owner, or business lead for enterprise tools and capabilities.
- Experience managing platform backlogs, prioritizing enhancements, gathering customer feedback, and driving adoption of business applications.
- Experience identifying process inefficiencies and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting strategic planning, roadmaps, and OKRs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting AI adoption, Agile transformation, or Agile sustainment efforts.
- Knowledge of product operating models, portfolio management practices, and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience owning or administering portfolio management and innovation platforms such as Airfocus, Bright Ideas, Aha!, Productboard, or similar tools.
- Financial services experience preferred.
