Branch Manager - Private Wealth Services - International
Your Opportunity
In this role, you will partner closely with a team of International Wealth Consultants to execute sales strategies and drive strong engagement with SPWS clients residing outside the United States.
As the leader of the International SPWS Branch, you will inspire and lead a high‑performing sales organization responsible for delivering investment guidance and complex client support. International Wealth Consultants play a critical role in providing service excellence, trusted advice, and end‑to‑end relationship ownership for our most affluent non‑U.S. client relationships.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include sales coaching and disciplined sales process management, developing the branch team through targeted training and effective performance management, and participating in client presentations alongside your sales professionals. You will analyze performance data to identify trends and drive action, interview and hire top talent, collaborate closely with business partners to share best practices, and oversee the compliance and administrative responsibilities inherent in a highly regulated, global business environment.

What you have
To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or equivalent work related experience
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license is required
- Active and valid FINRA Series 9/10 license is required
- Active and valid FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license is required
- A valid and active FINRA Series 24 is preferred
- Additional designations are preferred: CFP, CFA, CIMA, and/or AAMS
- Demonstrated leadership, management and motivational skills
- A minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry
- A minimum of 4 years in a sales leadership capacity
- A desire to lead, a passion for sales management, and a deep commitment to client service
- Shown success in establishing quality cross enterprise partnerships
- Comprehensive industry and investment knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of success in sales, sales leadership, and overall leadership
