The AI Sr. Specialist (Distributions) plays a critical role within Alternative Investments Custody Services by supporting the accurate, timely, and well-controlled processing of distribution activity. In addition to hands-on distribution support, the Sr. Specialist acts as a subject matter expert by developing deep process knowledge, researching issues thoroughly, and providing clear guidance when team members have questions or concerns. The role partners closely with internal teams and business partners to ensure appropriate transparency, timely escalation, and consistent communication across Schwab.

What you have

  • Demonstrated ability to research complex issues, analyze details, and determine appropriate resolution paths.
  • Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert and provide clear, accurate guidance to team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong judgment and risk awareness, including knowing when to escalate issues or provide transparency to leaders and business partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain issues clearly, provide timely updates, and partner effectively across Schwab.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
