The Tax & Cost Basis Technology (TCT) team is responsible for producing the firm’s Tax documents and Cost Basis

data. Our team provides these important forms and data to downstream systems, channels, regulators, and clients.

As a Java Developer you will play a key role in helping create high performing and scalable solutions to enrich Clients’

lives. The Tax and Cost Basis system is a 24x7 critical platform supporting multiple business needs. This is an exciting

• Transform design ideas and requirement to functioning code applying established standards and best

practices

• Responsible for implementing Unit and Integration test suite and support with test automation

• Responsible for implementing Cloud Services (REST/JSON) adopting OpenAPI standards

• Gain knowledge and adopt secure coding and software quality practices

• Work with BSAs, Architect/Leads and development team in implementing solutions and provide support with

production issues

• Participate in peer code reviews and incorporate feedback

▪ Prioritizes compliance, security, and scalability of data systems

▪ Executes strategies to restore services promptly and address disruptions

▪ Addresses QA challenges by applying best practices in testing and compliance

▪ Validates requirements and constraints to support effective development and operations

▪ Monitors and addresses security policy violations using best practices

▪ Resolves software design challenges using predictive and adaptive methods

▪ Applies best practices to build, test, and validate software components while resolving issues

▪ Consolidates software changes into secure, stable releases using best practices

▪ Ensures systems align with cloud architectures using modern design methodologies

▪ Conducts in-depth analysis, evaluates factors, and influences decisions with insights

▪ Ensures stakeholders has the necessary information for informed decisions

▪ Analyzes market dynamics, provides guidance to peers, and aligns work with business goals

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
