The Test Governance & Compliance Senior position presents an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on the quality and reliability of software products across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Policy Definition
Risk Management: Actively identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the software development life cycle (SDLC) to reduce the number of defects in production.
Audit Readiness: Manage the documentation and evidence collection required for internal or external compliance audits.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Tooling Optimization: Select, implement, and maintain advanced test tools, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and meet security requirements.
Agentic/AI Governance: Define safety and quality standards for AI-produced code, ensuring compliance of automated or generative systems.
Automated Governance & Technical Leadership
Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into DevOps pipelines to ensure continuous, high-quality delivery.
Process Optimization: Initiate Kaizen or Lean activities to continuously improve test processes, increase efficiency, and reduce testing time.
Leadership and Collaboration
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with DevOps, product, and security teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to junior engineers and QA team members.
Stakeholder Reporting: Communicate testing status, risks, and performance metrics to senior management.

Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise and Educational Requirements

▪ 8–12+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with significant hands-on, technical leadership, and management experience.
▪ Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, Regulatory Frameworks).
▪ Designs advanced support processes and mentors peers to optimize functionality and security
▪ Establishes robust processes to create, secure, and monitor data pipelines and stores
▪ Designs efficient processes to resolve incidents and minimize downtime
▪ Develops QA processes that confirm compliance and ensure operational reliability
▪ Streamlines requirement analysis and validation for enhanced efficiency
▪ Designs security processes to enhance security and regulatory compliance
▪ Enhances processes that merge predictive and adaptive software design techniques
▪ Designs efficient processes that ensure quality and resolve issues in software components
▪ Optimizes processes for secure, compliant, and reliable software releases
▪ Optimizes design processes by integrating predictive or adaptive methods with cloud principles
