International Services drives growth by delivering the best of what Schwab has to offer to investors globally, in a scalable way while managing risk appropriately. 

The International Field Enablement team supports the field by creating effective change management plans to drive employee behavior changes and delivering streamlined communications to the field to drive adoption.  

In this role you will be:

  • Creating and executing disciplined change management and integration strategies and delivery plans with a focus on outcomes
  • Adapting and re-calibrating plans as situations evolve while achieving high performance in ambiguous environments (creating order out of uncertainty)
  • Writing and developing content, including field guides, playbooks, and communications, to educate, train and inform key constituents
  • Working closely with multiple cross function teams including the Int’l business, Retail Field Enablement, IMO, Int’l Integration, and Marketing
  • Leading coordination of special projects with focus on efficiency, rep experience and adoption and client impact
  • Gaining client insights to best advocate for the front-line professionals through relationship building, identifying and defining best practices, tools, and resources to support effective initiative integration and delivery
  • Driving cross-functional work streams to maximize outcomes and minimize risk
  • Managing work plans leveraging Excel, PowerPoint and Workfront and facilitating meetings to ensure actions are completed on a timely basis
  • Facilitating groups and quickly driving consensus on decisions including developing a compelling hypothesis and fact-base with imperfect data

What you have

Strong influencing and motivating skills; demonstrated success in building credibility and strong relationships with peers and key stakeholders (at the Director and Managing Director level)

  • Demonstrated experience in enabling change and building/leading major components of a critical cross-enterprise transformation initiative, including strategy, structure, methods, resources/skills, etc.
  • Ability developing compelling presentation materials to communicate business strategies and recommendations tailored to the audience
  • Proven ability to manage complex planning processes across a number of inflight initiatives, and to manage a portfolio of projects/work streams
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop concise and effective communications
  • Exemplary business intuition and judgment to help the team solve problems in a way that drives continuous improvement across the program
  • Experience in International Field Enablement
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish
  • Licenses – 7, 63, 9 and 10

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
