In this role, you will ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their relationship with Schwab. Development is central to this role, and Schwab provides the resources, coaching, and learning opportunities to help you build skills and expand your career—including support for required licensing aligned to your goals.
- Deliver a welcoming, inclusive client experience by understanding needs and resolving requests with accuracy and care.
- Support daily branch operations, including account servicing, documentation, and follow-up with strong attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, adapting to different styles and needs.
- Use active listening to understand priorities and escalate issues when needed.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- Partner with team members to drive client engagement and operational excellence.

- Greeting our clients and prospects as they arrive at the branch
- Delivering unparalleled value, excellent service and providing a positive client experience
- Assisting the Branch Manager and sales staff with meeting our client's needs
We are looking for people with a passion for helping clients. You will be responsible for:
- Receiving checks and or security deposits, check disbursements and new account processing
- Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities
- Scheduling clients with an Associate Financial Consultant and/or Financial Consultant for further consultation

- 1+ years of client facing or customer service experience
