The Analytics organization plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making across Operations. As the Sr. Manager – Analytics Intake & Execution (Individual Contributor), you will serve as a central point of coordination for analytics demand, ensuring that work is clearly defined, prioritized, and executed consistently.

This role combines intake management, portfolio coordination, and strategic support, helping translate business needs into actionable analytics work. You will partner closely with analytics leaders, business stakeholders, and development teams to drive alignment, transparency, and execution across a portfolio of initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Intake & Demand Management
    • Own and manage the analytics intake process from request through prioritization and handoff to delivery teams
    • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment to business objectives
    • Facilitate routing of requests to appropriate teams and manage escalation of complex or cross-functional work
    • Drive consistency in how work is requested, evaluated, and prioritized
  • Project & Portfolio Coordination
    • Manage visibility across a portfolio of analytics initiatives, including status, risks, and dependencies
    • Support project planning, timelines, and execution tracking across multiple workstreams
    • Partner with team leads to align demand with capacity and ensure priorities are clear and actionable
    • Help remove blockers and enable teams to deliver effectively
  • Reporting, Governance & Transparency
    • Develop and maintain clear reporting on demand, progress, and outcomes
    • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership to support decision-making
    • Support governance forums such as prioritization sessions and portfolio reviews
    • Identify trends and opportunities to improve execution and delivery
  • Strategic & Operational Support
    • Support analytics leadership with planning, prioritization frameworks, and execution strategy
    • Translate strategy into clear roadmaps and actionable plans
    • Analyze performance and feedback to improve processes and ways of working
    • Contribute to the evolution of analytics operating models, intake processes, and governance practices
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as a key point of coordination across business, analytics, and technology teams
    • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Build strong relationships to drive alignment, adoption, and successful delivery

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, analytics delivery, or strategy-related roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing intake, prioritization, and/or portfolio management processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and influence across teams

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience supporting analytics, data, or transformation organizations
  • Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, or product delivery frameworks
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Background in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting governance, intake models, or continuous improvement initiatives

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
