Your Opportunity

Schwab remains committed to providing increased visibility to career growth opportunities and job requirements. This posting announcement is part of increased transparency and while all qualified applicants will be reviewed and considered, this organization has a preferred candidate identified for this role.

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location.

Join the DARE (Data Archival & Corporate Records Reliability Engineering) organization, owner of mission critical

OnDemand and ePresentment platforms that power the archival, integrity, and delivery of enterprise scale regulatory

client communications. These platforms are experiencing sustained file-volume growth, increasing regulatory and

operational risk, and expanding upstream dependencies—while simultaneously undergoing major legacy

modernization to improve scalability, resiliency, and stability.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll shape how quality, reliability, and risk mitigation are engineered into

mission‑critical, highly regulated platforms at enterprise scale within the DARE organization, which supports the

archival, integrity, and delivery of regulatory client communications amid rapidly growing volumes and increasing

operational complexity. You will partner hands on with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate

complex regulatory, operational, and platform needs into executable user stories, technical specifications, and

delivery ready requirements. You’ll be embedded in day to day execution, driving clarity, traceability, and alignment

across highly interdependent systems, while ensuring platforms remain stable, resilient, and compliant as complexity

continues to rise.

1. Lead end to end analysis across multi year, mission critical initiatives

Independently lead complex business and systems analysis across multiple concurrent, multi year initiatives, including

legacy platform modernization (OCAPI and OnDemand Portal), ANEX account number expansion, Schwab Crypto,

replatforming legacy applications (IGR), and ongoing regulatory maintenance workloads. Operate across both legacy

and modernized platforms while managing increasing platform complexity, regulatory exposure, and upstream

dependencies.

2. Translate complex regulatory and technical needs into delivery ready requirements

Partner hands on with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate highly complex regulatory, operational,

and technical requirements into clear, executable user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria that

support delivery across modernization, expansion, replatforming, and compliance initiatives. Ensure requirements are

precise, testable, and aligned to enterprise regulatory obligations.

3. Drive proactive risk identification and cross system traceability

Serve as a core risk mitigation function by proactively identifying regulatory, operational, and dependency risks across

interdependent platforms and initiatives. Maintain strong end to end traceability across OCAPI, OnDemand Portal,

ANEX, Schwab Crypto, IGR, and regulatory maintenance workstreams to protect platform stability, resiliency, and

compliance as volumes and complexity continue to grow.

4. Provide senior level advisory influence on solution design and delivery outcomes

Operate beyond standard BSA execution by providing senior level advisory ownership across initiatives, influencing

solution design, architectural decisions, and delivery sequencing to ensure long term reliability of DARE’s regulatory

communication platforms. Guide teams through tradeoffs inherent in modernization, replatforming, and regulatory

change while enabling consistent, high quality delivery outcomes.
