The Corporate Accounting department is responsible for handling financial close and reporting activities for the Company. The department is focused on maintaining internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. This control environment provides employees opportunities to grow in their responsibilities as the department identifies areas that need attention. The department looks to hire employees with strong accounting knowledge and experience to maintain a highly skilled group of professionals.

What you'll do:

Anlyst focus:

  • Maintain iKnow site and SOPs
  • Cross-train team; onboard new hires; provide coverage
  • Support high-volume 1099 reporting
  • Execute SOX controls; ensure AP/Expense policy compliance
  • Build AP reports/queries; track and report metrics
  • Support ad hoc and funded system/process projects
  • Support monthly certification reconciliations
  • Drive process improvements and recommend changes
  • Support internal, external, and sales tax audits

Workflow admin focus:

  • Maintain SOPs; test releases; document process changes
  • Cross-train on all AP tasks; provide coverage
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Execute SOX controls; ensure AP/Expense policy compliance
  • Deliver excellent service; partner with stakeholders; train and resolve issues
  • Support ad hoc and funded system/process projects
  • Drive process improvements and recommend changes
  • Troubleshoot end-to-end P2P/ERP and invoice feeds; partner with technical teams
  • Support monthly certification reconciliations
  • Guide partners on invoice resolution and upstream support needs

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Ariba or large ERP system a plus
  • Experience with diagnosing and solving technical or process issues

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work independently and professionally in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to maintain employee relationships through timely responses and excellent service
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with vendors and internal business partners
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience with 1099 reporting a plus

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
