The Regulatory Reporting team is looking for a Senior Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation and ongoing governance of the FDIC Part 370 – Recordkeeping for Timely Deposit Insurance Determination program. This role will lead a cross-functional effort to design, implement, test, document, and sustain the data, technology, operational, and governance capabilities required to support timely and accurate deposit insurance determinations in the event of bank failure. The ideal candidate will bring strong regulatory leadership, deep knowledge of deposit products and systems, and the ability to drive enterprise-wide execution across business, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams.
What you’ll do:
Lead the enterprise implementation of the FDIC Part 370 program, including strategy, scope, governance, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and regulatory engagement.
Translate regulatory requirements into business, data, operational, and technology requirements, including ownership right and capacity coding, output file design, and recordkeeping expectations.
Partner with deposit operations, product, servicing, technology, architecture, legal, compliance, and risk teams to inventory deposit populations, identify data gaps, and design compliant target-state processes and controls.
Oversee development or enhancement of systems needed to calculate insured and uninsured deposit amounts, generate required output structures, and support transactional account processing and exception handling.
Direct data sourcing, mapping, lineage, reconciliation, and quality validation efforts to ensure completeness and accuracy of deposit account records required under the rule.
Establish and execute implementation testing, dry runs, defect remediation, and evidentiary documentation to demonstrate operational readiness and compliance.
Support preparation for FDIC compliance reviews, including responses to information requests, walkthroughs, testing support, and remediation tracking.
Serve as the business owner / subject matter lead for Part 370, providing training, interpretation, and advisory support across the organization.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of experience in regulatory implementation, regulatory reporting, deposit operations, resolution planning, enterprise risk, or bank compliance within a financial institution or consulting environment
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to interpret complex regulations and convert them into practical business and technical requirements.
Experience working with regulators, internal audit, compliance, risk, and technology teams.
High proficiency using MS Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.
Other desirable experience:
Familiarity with FDIC Part 370, deposit insurance rules under 12 CFR Part 330, data governance, and control design in a large-bank environment.
Awareness of or experience with SQL and related applications such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power Query, Toad Data Point or Alteryx
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), other public accounting or consulting experience
