The Senior Manager of Digital Assets will play a key role in the strategy, development, and execution of digital asset initiatives, including cryptocurrency and blockchain-based assets such as stablecoins, for registered investment advisors and their clients. This role will partner across the organization to design, deliver, and continuously enhance a comprehensive advisor and client experience for digital assets in Advisor Services. Post-launch, the Senior Manager will drive growth, optimize performance, and ensure offer alignment with revenue goals, risk management, and overall business value.
This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, influencing skills, and the ability to navigate a dynamic regulatory and market environment. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in digital assets with strategic vision and operational excellence.
We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site 4 days a week in the specified location(s).
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven product management experience in fintech with demonstrated understanding of cryptocurrencies, tokenization, stablecoins, and blockchain technologies.
- Demonstrated success with defining requirements and launching products in a complex corporate environment.
- Experience with all facets of product management, including product discovery techniques, design thinking, and Agile development practices.
- Experience working with and analyzing complex data sets to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Experience producing storytelling decks for socialization and buy-ins.
- Able to communicate at the strategic level (strategy/vision) as well as tactical level (status updates), and able to articulate a complex task or analysis to individuals at all levels of the company.
- Skilled in working with a cross-functional team, balancing trade-offs and re-prioritization as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity and sound decision making capabilities.
- Experience with project planning, dependencies management, and business analysis. Able to define use cases and business logic within user stories.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with any of the following tools and systems; Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, Adobe suite.
- Strategic mindset with experience assessing industry trends and competitive dynamics.
- Self-initiator, with a propensity toward action and driving continuous progress towards delivery milestones.
- Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities, adapting to change, and navigating uncertainty.
- High attention to detail, proactive approach, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
