At Schwab, the Enterprise Engineering team is responsible for creating and implementing the tools and processes for the Enterprise. We are part of the Tools and Data org within the Strategy and Business Management organization, and as such we work more across the Enterprise than a traditional delivery team closely aligned with a single business unit.
We are looking for an experiencedSoftware Development Engineer to create, maintain, support, and improve the Delivery Pipeline, the new way for the Schwab Enterprise to deliver software more simply and reliably.

What you have
To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Hands on experience gained through 2-3+ years in a software development role.
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
- Proficiency with technology tools and processes.
- Domain knowledge of GitHub and GitHub tools (e.g., Actions, Workflows, Packages, Issues, CodeQL, Dependabot, etc.).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, and learn new technologies quickly.
- Effective time management skills and strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- A passion for software delivery as well as continuous improvement.
