This role entails system software and entitlement access management for new hires and internal movements, emphasizing least privilege access, troubleshooting, and employee access support. It includes providing visible customer support for complex equipment and systems, supporting internal access certifications, and consulting on business functionality improvements. Additionally, it describes managing technical personnel, focusing on delivering enhanced products or features to improve satisfaction and productivity, partnering with stakeholders to define roles and drive outcomes, identifying continuous improvement areas, and implementing efficient onboarding strategies while monitoring client needs.
What you have
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of access management experience
- Experience with Sailpoint, MyAccess, Product Ownership
- Experience with Microsoft applications including Power Platforms
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
