In this role as an individual contributor, you will be:
• You will be required to do hands-on coding on the team
- Technical lead for the Scrum team
• Joining daily activities, promoting Agile practices, and coordinating with key collaborators to meet project
deadlines and budget
• Estimating development sizing and costs and collaborating with the Scrum Master and product owner for
efficient task prioritization
• Ensuring quality through automated testing and TDD and integrating SSO to interconnect various internal and
external systems
• Driving release process improvements, assisting the Scrum Master with team needs, and synchronizing team
efforts for seamless product releases
• Proactively identifying risks, establishing mitigation plans, and maintaining documentation and code quality
standards
• Engaging with both onshore and offshore teams to refine development practices
What you have
To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications
• Passion for creating usable, scalable software, and expertise in designing and deploying enterprise
applications with Java and Angular environments
• A minimum of 6 years of software development experience
• Proficiency with MongoDB, SAML, OAuth, REST Web Services, Kafka and transaction processing environments
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, object-oriented analysis, design patterns, and server-side application
development
• Work experience on the Transmit vendor product is critical
• Autonomous, creative, and efficient problem-solver
• Excellent understanding of current Architecture and Development Standards
• Adept at mentoring and directing junior team members
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in online security and user authentication
• Technical proficiencies with Angular, Java and Kafka
