We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer with 20+ years of experience building both frontend and backend applications, 10+ years in the financial services industry, and deep expertise in the TOS ecosystem. The ideal candidate has expert-level knowledge of Java and JavaScript, strong Kanban experience, and a proven commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibility:
As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will:
• Work in the Kanban team, leading both frontend and backend development using specialized domain knowledge of the TOS ecosystem and highly developed business expertise.
• Define the development strategy for complex projects and enforce standards to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Establish technical direction and perform code review to ensure high code quality.
• Share knowledge across the development team and broader organization while collaborating closely with key business stakeholder
What you have

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
• 20+ years demonstrated hands-on experience in enterprise application development team
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading, with 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• 6+ years of experience using PCF platform or a comparable technology stack
• Thorough understanding of Kanban software development methodologies, values, and practices
• 20+ years of Java development experience
• 10+ years of JavaScript development experience
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers
• Proven ability to use the AI in SDLC
