We are seeking a detail‑oriented Product Operations & Content Specialist to support the ongoing development, maintenance, and governance of the thinkorswim Learning Center. This role partners closely with the Product Owner, developers, QA, content, and creative teams to help manage backlog execution, content workflows, video assets, and platform administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across product, content, and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support backlog refinement by helping break down, prioritize, and track Learning Center features, enhancements, and content updates
  • Assist with ongoing content updates including guides, articles, FAQs, glossary entries, and release notes in partnership with technical writers
  • Manage content intake, review, and submission workflows in Workfront, including periodic reviews to renew, revise, or retire content
  • Partner with creative teams on video tutorials and demos, including video asset organization and maintenance using Brightcove
  • Help track industry and competitor trends to identify opportunities and improvement areas for the Learning Center
  • Provide operational support for the thinkorswim Learning Center Assistant AI initiative, including coordination across stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Assist with CMS administration activities, including access reviews, documentation, and compliance support under established security and IAM guidelines

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting digital products, content platforms, or learning/education websites
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfort working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, QA, content, and creative teams
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, content workflows, or project management tools (e.g., Workfront or similar)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workfront a strong plus
  • Exposure to content management platforms (i.e. Magnolia)
  • Familiarity with access controls, content governance, or compliance‑driven environments
  • Interest in financial education, trading platforms, or learning technologies
