As a Manager, Software Development & Engineering, you will be part of a high-performing, diverse team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement with opportunities of leading critical client facing projects and mentoring other team members. You’ll oversee the full software development lifecycle, championing Agile and DevOps practices while ensuring effective coordination and communication across product areas.
•Design, develop, and support scalable, high-performing applications to ensure reliability.
•Research and build computer software, with a focus on responsive web apps and APIs.
•Prototype and deliver application solutions that meet business needs and enable new features in an agile environment.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software projects on time and within budget.
•Participate in technical governance, code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
•Use automated testing frameworks to maintain high software quality.
•Assist with testing, integration, release management, and improve deployment workflows.
•Implement monitoring tools for efficient issue resolution and production support.
•Identify technology risks and create mitigation plans.
•Work with scrum masters and product owners to estimate development effort and costs
What you have
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
•4-6 years of experience using Microsoft tech (ASP.Net, C#, .Net Core)
•Skilled in full stack web development, building responsive Web and SPA apps with HTML5, CSS3, Angular/React, TypeScript, JavaScript
•Experienced in client/server, web components, web services, and microservices
•Proficient with MongoDB and SQL
•Knowledgeable in test-driven development and tools like Jasmine/Karma
•Strong in CI/CD, DevOps, secure coding (OWASP, Veracode), and support
•Familiar with PCF, GCP, AWS cloud platforms
•Understanding of authorization frameworks (OAuth 2, SAML, JWT)
•Well-versed in web standards, HTTP, browser compatibility, accessibility, and front-end optimization
•Experienced with performance monitoring tools such as JMeter
•Comfortable with GitHub and Copilot (or similar AI tools)
•Detail-oriented, committed to ongoing learning, effective with distributed systems and incomplete data, and focused on thorough, high-quality testing.

•Financial Domain: Experienced in options trading and financial services.
•Data Governance: Proficient in automating data quality, governance, and pipeline lineage.
•Engineering Mindset: Applies root cause analysis, unit testing, and scalable design.
•Communication: Explains technical concepts simply and documents architecture clearly.
•Autonomy: Identifies and resolves platform gaps proactively.
