​This role offers the opportunity to play a highly visible part in driving and evolving Schwab's Centralized Purchasing and Signing Process (CPSP), supporting critical business initiatives across STS and partner organizations. The successful candidate will lead complex operational activities, influence enterprise-wide process improvements, and help shape scalable solutions that improve efficiency, governance, and user experience. This position provides significant exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional partners while serving as a trusted subject matter expert in procurement and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: ​

Lead and manage complex CPSP pipeline operations and procurement request (PR) activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance across multiple business partners.
Serve as a subject matter expert for CPSP processes, partnering with Finance, ITAM, OGO, and technology teams to resolve issues and drive operational excellence.
Identify, design, and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable solutions that increase efficiency and enhance the user experience.
Analyze business requirements, operational metrics, and workflow performance to provide recommendations that improve service delivery and reduce risk.
Support governance, compliance, and risk management activities by ensuring adherence to established policies, controls, and enterprise standards.
Develop documentation, reporting, training materials, and knowledge-sharing practices while helping cross-train team members and support organizational readiness for future growth.
Enter, manage, and track Procurement Requests (PRs) through the CPSP process, ensuring requests are complete, accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently from intake through final approval.
Demonstrate a willingness to expand knowledge and responsibilities into the Outsourcing Governance Office (OGO) space, supporting cross-training efforts, governance activities, and evolving organizational priorities.
