We are offering an opportunity to join our Continuous Improvement Team, a strategic organization dedicated to improving client and employee experience within Client Service & Support (CS&S).

Our team drives product, process, and experience enhancements by leveraging ideas, feedback, data, and insights to remove pain points and create efficiencies.

In this role, you will lead identification, prioritization, and monitoring delivery of improvement initiatives, transforming insights into measurable outcomes and influencing strategic direction across the firm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Investor Services/Client Service & Support
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Translate business needs and insights into actionable strategies and roadmaps
  • Assist in identifying cross-project synergies within planned work to maximize benefits on prioritized work
  • Analyze performance drivers, identify root causes, and deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and drive execution
  • Facilitate meetings, cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Maintain strong communication and closed-loop feedback processes
  • Manage delivery risks and ensure initiative progression
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines and simultaneously work on multiple initiatives
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What you have


To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Experience working directly in or with the CS&S Continuous Improvement program preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, or 66 required
  • Expert knowledge of brokerage/financial services; RPS/SPS advanced knowledge preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience with managing and delivering process improvement projects; experience in Project/Program management preferred
  • Solid experience with CI program governance, intake processes, and operating model design
  • Proven ability to evolve and mature CI program structure and measurement frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate and coordinate unique resources in various business units to achieve common goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment in evaluating tradeoffs and a proven track record of delivering practical, scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to influence stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence, build consensus and integrate complex information while working collaboratively to implement solutions
  • Advanced MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Co-Pilot

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
