IT Program Management Senior position is an individual contributor responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional programs that impact enterprise infrastructure and database operations. This role combines advanced program management expertise with strong technical acumen to drive delivery of operational initiatives, platform lifecycle programs, and production‑readiness activities. The role partners closely with engineering, infrastructure, and production support teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable technology services that support business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs impacting internal operations and technology service delivery, from initiation through implementation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver new or enhanced infrastructure and database capabilities on schedule and within established constraints.
- Own program planning, execution, risk management, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with enterprise stakeholders to define clear roles, responsibilities, and engagement models that enable successful delivery.
Infrastructure & Platform Operations:
- Drive operating system lifecycle initiatives, including end‑of‑life remediation efforts across multiple database platforms.
- Coordinate operating system patching and scheduling activities to meet security, compliance, and currency requirements.
- Ensure operational readiness by partnering with Production Ready Support during Go Live and release activities.
- Maintain accurate infrastructure inventories to support planning, patching cycles, and operational alignment.
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to quarterly planning and execution activities, including PI planning and epic grooming across database and infrastructure platforms.
- Identify operational and delivery gaps, implement process improvements, and drive increased efficiency and reliability.
- Influence technical and operational direction through data driven insights and strong ‑cross team‑ collaboration.
Documentation & Standards:
- Develop, maintain, and improve documentation for operational processes, Go Live procedures, and delivery standards.
- Promote consistent, repeatable practices that improve clarity, execution quality, and readiness across teams.
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in technical program or project management within infrastructure, platform, or database environments.
- Strong technical foundation supporting enterprise infrastructure and database operations, including OS lifecycle management and patching.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives through influence, without direct authority.
- Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into actionable plans.
- Experience supporting large‑scale database platforms (e.g., Oracle) in regulated or security‑sensitive environments.
- Familiarity with production‑readiness models, Go Live processes, and release coordination.
- Experience working within agile or PI planning frameworks.
